International in outlook yet rooted in London, we currently serve select postcodes where quality is truly appreciated.

Our millennial Founder, Elisa, brings a background in law and psychology, blending intellect with empathy to create a culture

where professionalism and respect come first. 

Each Cleaning Associate is personally selected by Elisa and collectively they bring over a decade of combined residential and commercial cleaning and housekeeping experience.

We stand firmly against any form of worker exploitation.

Our Associates are compensated well above industry averages — because the people who do the hard work

deserve recognition and reward. When they feel valued, it shows in every immaculate detail of their work.

We are not a volume-driven business; we are a values-driven one.

Terms & Conditions

Cancelling your booking:
You can cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge and will receive a full refund within five working days of the cancellation.
If you have an account, you can cancel directly through your profile. For guest or one-off bookings, please email verdeandshinelondon@gmail.com to request cancellation,

or cancel via 'Contact us'.

Bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service start time will incur a 50% charge, with the remaining 50% of the total booking fee refunded to the original payment card within five working days.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed start time are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies or events beyond anyone’s control). In such cases, please contact us by email as soon as possible. An additional £10 late cancellation fee will also be applied to the original payment card if you cancel

the booking with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please note that different cancellation policy applies to any purchased plans, e.g. 'V&S Signature Care - Recurring Cleaning'. 

Rescheduling your booking:
You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the confirmed start time at no cost (except 'Immediate Shine' last-minute bookings).
If you wish to reschedule less than 24 hours before the start time, 50% of the total cost will be added to your final booking fee.

Payments:
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless the “pay in person” cash option has been selected. Please note that we do not currently accept

in-person card payments, though we aim to introduce this option soon.

If you choose the “pay in person” option, the Site will still require your card details to secure the booking. No charges will be made to your card unless the booking is cancelled without sufficient notice or if the allocated (Cleaning) Associate/Service Provider is unable to access the property to carry out the service at the confirmed booking time.

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Service quality and access:
Please ensure access to the property or space at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the location within 10 minutes of service start time, the booking may be treated

as a late cancellation and the additional £10 fee will  be applied to the original payment card.
We always aim to deliver high-quality service but cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. severe transport issues, extreme weather,

or emergencies).

Liability:
Verde & Shine is not responsible for loss or damage to items that are fragile, not securely stored, or not disclosed prior to the service. Our liability for any proven loss or damage is limited to the total amount paid for the affected booking.

Policy updates:
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our Site, and continued
