Service Description
Experience the ultimate in consistent, tailored home care with V&S Signature Care — our premium recurring cleaning service designed to adapt seamlessly to your lifestyle and preferences. We ensure your home remains tidy, hygienic, and welcoming week after week. Whether you prefer a weekly service (1–6 hours) or a bi-weekly service (1–7 hours), each visit is thoughtfully planned to ensure your home remains immaculate, organised, and truly reflective of your standards. Our Cleaning Associates take the time to understand your specific needs and priorities — from the products you prefer (should you wish us to use products at your residence instead of our V&S products) to the areas requiring special attention. Each appointment is customised around your home’s unique rhythm, ensuring your space always feels fresh, cared for, and ready to enjoy. EVERY BOOKING INCLUDES OUR V&S SIGNATURE STANDARD, COVERING: -Kitchen cleaning, including hob, surfaces, and appliances -Bathroom & WC cleaning, leaving tiles and fixtures spotless and gleaming -Living areas meticulously dusted, vacuumed, and perfectly presented -Bedrooms refreshed, beds made, and linens neatly arranged -Balcony or patio doors cleaned inside and out (may be excluded from 1–2 hour bookings) -Dusting all surfaces, furniture, and banisters -Hoovering and/or mopping all accessible floors -Unloading/loading the dishwasher -Bin sanitisation and deodorising -Sanitising all door handles and high-touch points -Cushion fluffing and thoughtful finishing touches for a polished look -Laundry (using your machine), including folding and ironing — time permitting and if selected in the booking form For extended appointments (4–7 hours), our Associates can go further — from deep-cleaning select areas to organising wardrobes, cupboards, or home offices. Hardly a request is too big; simply include your preferences in the booking form, and we’ll ensure your service is tailored precisely to you. We use eco-safe cleaning products that are either unscented or lightly scented, chosen with consideration for pets, babies, toddlers, and anyone with sensitivities. With V&S Signature Care, you can expect consistency, discretion, and the comfort of knowing your home will always look and feel its best — every single time. Each plan operates on an automatic renewal basis, with payments scheduled every 4, 6 or 12 weeks unless cancelled in advance of the renewal date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancelling Your Plan: To cancel your plan in full, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before the start time of your first scheduled appointment. You may request a cancellation by emailing verdeandshinelondon@gmail.com or directly through your profile if you have created one. If you cancel your plan between 72 hours and 2 weeks before the first scheduled appointment, Verde & Shine reserves the right to retain 50% of the total plan fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days. Cancellations made less than 72h before the first appointment or anytime after the first appointment has taken place are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your plan in full with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before the first scheduled appointment, please contact us and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. Rescheduling Your Plan Appointments: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any appointment within your plan. No rescheduling fee will apply unless the request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, either through your profile or via the “Booking Change” option on the Contact us page. In those circumstances, Verde & Shine reserves the right to apply an additional £10 late rescheduling fee to the original payment method.
