Service Description
Refresh your space with a deep seasonal clean designed to restore balance and clarity to your home. Our Cleaning Associates carry out a comprehensive top-to-bottom service, reaching areas often overlooked in regular upkeep — from detailed dust removal to thorough sanitisation of high-use spaces. Perfect for welcoming a new season, this service helps eliminate built-up dust, allergens, and residue from heating or cooling months, leaving your home revitalised and ready for a fresh start. Verde & Shine provides a tailored approach to suit your property and lifestyle, ensuring an elevated standard of cleanliness that feels as good as it looks. We use high-quality, eco-safe cleaning products that are either unscented or lightly scented, chosen with consideration for pets, babies, toddlers, and anyone with sensitivities. Please note that we do not currently accept in-person card payments. You may either pay the full booking fee online or provide payment in person by leaving a discreet envelope near your entrance or handing it directly to your Cleaning Associate upon arrival. If you choose the “pay in person” option after selecting your date and time, the Site will still require card details to secure the booking. No charges will be made to your card for “pay in person” bookings unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside the permitted timeframes. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancelling your booking: You may cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, and you will receive a full refund within five working days of the cancellation. If you have an account with us, you can easily cancel your booking through your profile. If you made a one-off or any guest booking without signing up first, please email us at verdeandshinelondon@gmail.com to request the cancellation. Bookings cancelled between 24 and 47.5 hours before the scheduled service start time will result in 50% of the total booking cost being retained by Verde & Shine, with the remaining 50% refunded to your original payment card within five working days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed booking start time are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies or other events beyond anyone’s control). In such cases, please contact us by email. Additionally, late cancellation fee of £10 will be charged from the original payment method should you cancel less than 24h before the booking start time. Rescheduling your booking: You may reschedule your booking through your profile—if you created one—up to 24 hours before the confirmed start time at no cost. Alternatively, you can select “Booking Change” on the Contact us page and submit the required details. If you wish to reschedule less than 24 hours before the booking start time, 50% of the total cost will be added to the final booking fee and charged by Verde & Shine.
