Service Description

V&S Pet Care Support service provides trusted, compassionate assistance for you and your pets, offering an extra helping hand during hours or periods of absence, care while you’re recovering, or attention when your pet requires added TLC. We cater to their individual needs, including feeding, exercise, walks, playtime, and companionship, all delivered according to your specified instructions. Whether you’re away, unwell, seeking added convenience, or your pet is recovering from surgery, Verde & Shine offers tailored support carried out by our experienced and vetted pet care professionals, prioritising comfort, consistency, and wellbeing. Membership/Plan options for regular or weekly visits provide peace of mind and continuity of care for both you and your beloved pet/s. Each plan operates on an automatic renewal basis, with payments scheduled every 4, 6 or 12 weeks unless cancelled in advance of the renewal date. Please note that we do not currently accept in-person card payments. You may either pay the full booking fee online or provide payment in person by leaving a discreet envelope near your entrance or handing it directly to your V&S Associate upon arrival. If you choose the “pay in person” option after selecting your date and time, the Site will still require card details to secure the booking. No charges will be made to your card for “pay in person” bookings unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside the permitted timeframes. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancelling Your Plan: To cancel your plan in full, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before the start time of your first scheduled appointment. You may request a cancellation by emailing verdeandshinelondon@gmail.com or directly through your profile if you have created one. If you cancel your plan between 72 hours and 2 weeks before the first scheduled appointment, Verde & Shine reserves the right to retain 50% of the total plan fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days. Cancellations made less than 72h before the first appointment or anytime after the first appointment has taken place are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your plan in full with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before the first scheduled appointment, please contact us and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. Rescheduling Your Plan Appointments: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any appointment within your plan. No rescheduling fee will apply unless the request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, either through your profile or via the “Booking Change” option on the Contact us page. In those circumstances, Verde & Shine reserves the right to apply an additional £10 late rescheduling fee to the original payment card.
